Dynamic Supports

Quality Pipe Supports (QPS) Ltd. Dynamic Supports are used to prevent damage to pipework, pressure vessels, valves and pumps which may be subject to dynamic forces. These include water hammer, pipe bursts, safety valve blow-offs, and also by external influences such as seismic / earthquake conditions or explosions. 

  • Hydraulic Shock Arrestor
    Used where pipe work is subject to shock loading or excessive vibration
  • Spring Sway Brace
    Used where pipe work is subject to moderate vibration.
  • Rigid Strut
    Used to prevent movement in one axis, allows free movement in others.
  • Specialised Dynamic Pipe Clamps
    These are used in conjunction with the Shock Arrestors, Sway Braces and Rigid Struts.
